Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. When the site is requested, technically necessary connection data such as the IP address, time, requested URL and browser information may be processed to deliver and secure the website.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website under Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR. Vercel describes international transfers and safeguards in its privacy notice and data processing addendum.
Connection data is processed only for as long as it is needed to deliver the site, investigate errors and protect it against attacks. Where Vercel processes logs on my behalf, the specific duration follows the agreed deletion and retention rules. Legal duties or the investigation of a specific security incident may require longer retention.
Cookies and analytics
The application does not intentionally set its own cookies. No analytics, advertising pixels, embedded videos or social media widgets are integrated.
Email contact
If you contact me by email, the information you provide is processed to answer your request. The legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b or f GDPR, depending on the nature of the request.
Your message is transmitted through your email provider and my Apple iCloud mail service. Recipient categories are the participating mail providers and their processors. Apple explains its processing in its privacy policy.
I retain correspondence until the request has been conclusively resolved and no follow up is expected. If it leads to a contractual relationship or legal retention and evidence obligations apply, it is retained until those obligations expire.
